In this short program we will present an effective project management framework that synthesizes knowledge in the field and guides towards improvement opportunities. We employ a combination of training methodologies, namely a Harvard Business School project management simulation tool integrated with Real Cases and Conferences, resulting in a highly effective learning process surrounded by strong personal motivation.
Managing risk and uncertainty factors inherent to most projects is an essential element for the successful coordination of teams and delivery of established objectives. “Effective Project Management” will provide a practical approach to identifying, classifying and addressing the main risks typically associated with project execution.

Case Method
Leadership can only be learned… by leading.
Through real business cases, participants assume the role of decision-makers in challenging and ambiguous scenarios, with critical analysis of limited information.
AESE’s Case Method, inspired by Harvard Business School and IESE, promotes:
- Individual study
- Group work with exchange of experiences
- General session with strategic analysis led by the professor
The cases are part of the ECCH database, an international reference in executive education.
