This short program offers a practical and reflective journey on how organisations can integrate diversity into their culture, making decisions based on values and sustainable impact.

Methodology
The programme uses the Case Method and conference-colloquia, providing interactive, applied learning focused on real-world applications in the business world.
Case Method
By placing participants face to face with real business conflicts, executives are called upon to take on the role of decision-makers in circumstances similar to those they face day to day in their organisations.
The cases present challenges that require effective responses based on a rigorous analysis of limited or even insufficient information, in ambiguous or politically and economically complex contexts.
Individual diagnoses and decisions are negotiated with experienced, talented and ambitious peers.
Stages of the case method:
- Individual study
Reading and studying each case in order to analyse the facts, alternatives and decisions that unfold within it. - Group work
The richness of this step lies in the fact that each participant presents approaches and solutions based on their background and professional experience. The various approaches are also an excellent opportunity to examine different management criteria. - Plenary session
With a broader perspective, already shaped by the review carried out in the two previous stages, the professor leads and coordinates the debate, synthesises the main aspects of the case, relates them to the most significant theories, and highlights the relevant values and options, taking into account the various alternatives and possible decision criteria.
