AESE Business School’s Executive & Coach programme aims to transform executives into true coaches within their organisations. More than managers of skills and performance, leaders must foster a culture of personal and professional development and continuous improvement, with an immediate and essential impact on the organisation. Through effective coaching methods, executives learn to train and promote the responsible autonomy of their teams.

Methodology
The programme uses the Case Method and conference-colloquia. Drawing on Harvard Business School’s learning methodology, participants face real business conflicts, taking on the role of decision-makers in circumstances similar to those of their day-to-day work in organisations.
The cases present challenges that require effective responses based on a rigorous analysis of limited or even insufficient information, in ambiguous or complex political-economic contexts. Individual diagnoses and decisions are negotiated with experienced, talented and ambitious peers.
Phases of the Case Method:
- Individual case study
- Group discussion
- Case preparation in Learning Teams in a collaborative environment
- Classrooms specially designed for teaching with the Case Method
