Participation in PADE | The Senior Management Program was a deeply enriching experience, both professionally and personally.

As a leader of the Public Administration, I sought in this program an opportunity to strengthen strategic leadership and management skills in a broader and transversal perspective, and I can say that expectations were largely exceeded.

The case-method-centered model allowed me to put into practice critical analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving in complex and challenging contexts. The diversity of experiences of the participants, from different sectors, was one of the most valuable aspects of the course, promoting a stimulating learning environment, sharing experiences and complicity.

One of the highlights of the program was, without a doubt, the International Week held at IESE Business School, in New York, with the theme Business Innovation. The sessions with international experts and the visit to a reference company – Bloomberg – were a source of inspiration and reflection on the role of innovation in creating value and serving citizens.

I strongly recommend PADE to all public leaders who wish to deepen their leadership capacity, strengthen strategic thinking and develop a more integrated and sustainable vision of governance and management of complex organizations.
