AESE’s Senior Management Program was, for me, an experience of excellence where I highlight the behavioral area of leadership, with ethics and responsibility.
The case method, which was one of the great strengths of the program, allowed me to explore a wide range of areas and real situations, making learning extremely enriching. This process not only fostered deep reflection, but also stimulated creativity and the development of effective solutions to complex problems.
The learning environment was another strong point of the program. Being surrounded by top managers from different sectors was a unique opportunity to share knowledge. The diversity of the group created a unique networking space, which undoubtedly enriched my career. AESE’s Senior Management Program was, without a doubt, a transformative milestone in my professional career.
