PADE was, for me, much more than a training program: it was an experience of transformation in the way of thinking and deciding.

I entered with a solid base of experience, but also with the awareness that the challenges of management require more than accumulated knowledge. They require discretion, capacity for analysis and, above all, clarity in action.

Throughout the program, through the case method and demanding debates, I was challenged to get out of automatic answers and to deepen my reasoning. I realized that, in management, there are rarely perfect solutions: there are decisions that need to be taken responsibly, even in contexts of uncertainty.

More than the contents, I highlight the quality of the discussions and the richness of the group. The diversity of perspectives, the openness in the confrontation of ideas and the trust created made learning much deeper and more relevant.

The group has evolved from a group of participants to a true community, where experiences, doubts and criteria are shared. This network is, without a doubt, one of the most valuable assets that I take from this journey.

Today, I leave PADE with useful tools, but above all with a different way of looking at leadership: more aware, more demanding and more oriented to the impact of decisions.

If I had to summarize it in an idea, it would be this:

“Leading is not having all the answers, it is taking responsibility for decisions even when certainties are lacking.”

The true value of PADE starts now, in practical application: in difficult decisions, in imperfect contexts, and in the responsibility to lead with discretion and purpose.
