O 53.º PADE ficará seguramente marcado na minha forma de ver, ouvir, interpretar e agir sobre o mundo.
O método do estudo de caso, em que o ensino é substituído pela aprendizagem, está muito bem preparado, com Professores/ Mentores de excelência que provocam o melhor de nós, numa expansão de conhecimento só possível pela criteriosa seleção dos alunos de cada edição. A intensa partilha, transparente, de diferentes formas de ver os mesmos problemas, faz-nos aumentar exponencialmente os níveis de empatia e traz uma mundividência que demoraria 18 vidas a acumular, se feito esse caminho a solo.
A organização, a logística, a atenção aos detalhes, a semana internacional, a elegância, o profissionalismo, a informalidade qb, tudo na dose certa me permitem falar com orgulho deste meu apontamento curricular e, bem mais relevante, recomendá-lo sem qualquer reserva. Questionei-me várias vezes se teria tomado a melhor decisão. Nem sempre foi fácil conciliar o MBA com a vida profissional e familiar, e foi crucial o apoio da AESE. Hoje não tenho dúvidas que fiz a escolha certa e recomendo a experiência a todos que procuram um crescimento holístico. O processo de desenvolvimento e autoconhecimento é transformador. É um investimento de dois anos com um retorno para o resto da vida.

Num contexto cada vez mais complexo, imprevisível e competitivo, o método de estudo do caso fez toda a diferença na aprendizagem e apreensão de conceitos. Para além do conhecimento: estratégico, analítico e criativo; abordámos temas relevantes como: liderança, comportamento humano e gestão e análise de projetos. Reforcei a minha capacidade de adaptação, resiliência, perspetivas de resolução de problemas, assim como espírito critico.
Não menos importante foram as experiências e vivências nestes dois anos! Conheci pessoas incríveis, de diferentes idades, vivências, áreas e sectores. Troquei experiências, ideias, opiniões, perspetivas, desafios e soluções. Fiz amigos para a vida, com os quais partilhei momentos de alegria, tensão, superação e celebração.
O AESE Executive MBA foi um passo importante, mas não o último, sei que ainda tenho muito a aprender e a crescer, certamente mais fortalecida e com uma rede de contactos mais alargada! Um pouco como a água que entra nas rochas e vai abrindo o seu caminho dentro delas, assim também fazer um MBA possa ser para cada um forma de puder chegar a lugares e pessoas que estariam inacessíveis.
Ter tido a possibilidade de analisar de perto o core produtivo das empresas, onde a riqueza de um pais é criada e onde a quase maioria das pessoas e famílias encontra, por um lado o seu sustento e por outro alguma da sua construção pessoal; é um privilégio.
É, em primeiro lugar para cada um e depois para a sociedade, um ganho que se espera que possa só ter começado e que nunca acabe, pelas ferramentas que nos deu, poderemos retirar lições que nos enriquecerão pessoal e profissionalmente de forma contínua.
O facto do tempo de formação ter sido durante dois anos, pudemos conviver bastante com os nossos colegas, permitindo ter momentos muito variados de nos conhecermos e crescermos em partilhas.

Os desafios futuros contêm incerteza, mas penso que será consensual que a IA é uma das grandes transformações que já acontecem e que mais vão moldar novos comportamentos, formas de vida e trabalho. Uma comunidade de pessoas formadas com foco na pessoa, poderá ter um contributo nesta fase da Historia, desde logo no seu trabalho, reflectindo as formas mais humanas de por a tecnologia ao serviço do homem e o rumo que as mesmas deverão seguir. Começo este testemunho com a citação acima, pois considero que devemos agarrar todas as oportunidades de nos podermos transformar em melhores pessoas. Enquanto refletia entre avançar ou não para o MBA, confrontava uma série de receios, pessoais, familiares, profissionais, com uma necessidade enorme de evolução, de me poder tornar amanhã um homem melhor, com mais competências num processo de valorização pessoal e de contributo para a sociedade.
A minha experiência no programa Executive MBA foi uma jornada muito intensa e extremamente recompensadora, a qual transcendeu todas as minhas expetativas. Foram meses muito desafiantes, de superação e extremamente enriquecedor, enquanto se foi revelando o abandono da minha zona de conforto.
Tive oportunidade de adquirir uma série de conhecimentos, num caminho de aprendizagem constante, que contribuíram para desenvolver o meu pensamento e abordagem sobre os negócios e liderança de empresas/pessoas, sempre assente em princípios éticos.
A qualidade do corpo docente foi impactante, de facto os professores possuíam um elevado conhecimento e domínio das matérias estudadas, mas também conseguiam o envolvimento e participação da turma, algo que tornou o MBA muito enriquecedor. Enquanto as suas exposições traziam novos conhecimentos e visões sobre diferentes áreas de negócio e relações humanas, os alunos completavam com as suas experiências profissionais e de vida estendendo a componente académica ao mundo real.
O debate em aula dos vários casos analisados, que o método do caso seguido pela AESE promove, transformou a aula num ambiente de enorme reflexão, aprendizagem e de construção de um sentido de espírito de equipa.
Ao mesmo tempo que o programa ofereceu uma plataforma de networking muito relevante, potenciou a criação de laços de amizade que permanecerão para a vida. Pessoas que eram totalmente desconhecidas antes do início do MBA, passaram rapidamente de colegas de turma para amigos que preservarei com carinho.
O final do MBA não me garante apenas um diploma com reconhecimento, mas também um sentido de responsabilidade acrescido, uma maior maturidade empresarial, uma rede de contactos valiosa e amigos inestimáveis.
