Desde logo, pelos resultados da aplicação do método do caso. Este método, através da análise de casos práticos e reais, permitiu, no momento do estudo individual, o desenvolvimento da capacidade de síntese dos problemas e, das possíveis soluções. No momento da discussão em grupo, permitiu a partilha de experiências, já vivenciadas por todos os colegas do grupo, e o fomento de, em equipa, conseguirmos solucionar e avaliar os casos que nos eram propostos. Por fim, na discussão em sala de aula, contando com a vasta experiência e conhecimento de todos os professores, era desenvolvida e estruturada toda a base de sustentação para a melhor tomada de decisão dos casos em análise.
O aprofundar de conhecimentos e a aquisição de novas e abrangentes perspetivas nas mais diversas áreas estratégicas do negócio, desde finanças, política da empresa, marketing, operações e comportamento humano, permitiram a obtenção de ferramentas, que constituirão uma base essencial do processo de superação de todos os meus desafios profissionais e pessoais.
O PDE é uma experiência enriquecedora e prima pela excelência, desde a organização e planeamento de todas as atividades, à qualidade de todo o grupo de colegas e professores, permitindo, desta forma, a excelente interação entre todos e a criação de uma equipa com espírito de entreajuda e de partilha, que se mantém após o programa, e que permite que, dia após dia, sejamos profissionais cada vez melhores, com contributo essencial para a melhoria das organizações das quais fazemos parte. A oportunidade de frequentar o PDE revelou-se uma experiência muito gratificante e uma aposta ganha, tornando-se uma mais valia não só para o meu percurso profissional, mas também para a minha vida pessoal. O programa está muito bem estruturado e possui professores que reúnem excelentes capacidades pedagógicas com uma grande experiência profissional.
A troca de conhecimentos e vivências entre colegas e professores que se cruzaram no nosso caminho são fundamentais e continuam a ajudar-me nos desafios do dia a dia. O PGL lecionado pela AESE Business School é um Programa que recomendo a todos os futuros líderes de organizações.
A abrangência de temas, aliado ao grupo de oradores muito experientes nas diversas áreas, permitem adquirir diversas competências.
O Estudo de Caso é um método bastante exaustivo, mas que permite trabalhar muito a forma de pensar em situações que podem ser reais no nosso dia a dia.
Não posso deixar de frisar também o facto do Programa permitir conhecer pessoas de outras empresas e com outras funções, tornando cada turma num grupo muito coeso onde a partilha de informação flui naturalmente. [/av_textblock]
