O que seria à primeira vista mais um curso online, transformou-se num verdadeiro case study de boas práticas, organização, partilha de conhecimento e uma cumplicidade muito grande entre os participantes, que apesar da distância física conseguiram criar um espírito de equipa muito forte.
O conteúdo propriamente dito do curso é muito rico, abrangente e tem uma abordagem que relaciona os temas técnicos à realidade atual e ao futuro do mundo dos negócios. Aulas de liderança, motivação e organização, negociação, governance, finanças, marketing, inovação, estratégia, transformação digital, são apenas alguns exemplos das temáticas abordadas no curso e que tem como suporte um conjunto de excelentes professores.
De facto, foi uma experiência fantástica e enriquecedora. Sentia que era possível fazer melhor em saúde... senti que havia uma responsabilidade acrescida de poder fazer melhor. Os médicos, como é o meu caso, muitas vezes são tendencialmente agressivos para os gestores e para toda a problemática em gestão de saúde. E senti que era possível dar um toque mais humano à gestão e fazer um pouco melhor pelos nossos doentes. Fazer o PADIS foi procurar esse complemento de gestão e, por outro lado, de valores.
Aprendi a valorizar, a lidar com a diferença, quer a diferença de opinião das pessoas, quer a diferença de experiência que as pessoas têm e quer também a diferença quando nos confrontam com a nossa forma de pensar. Isso constituiu de facto uma grande mais-valia: perceber que com os outros podemos enriquecer o nosso contributo para a organização. Portanto, acho fenomenal a participação de tanta gente, tantas áreas do saber e formas de pensar tão distintas da nossa.
