O PADE proporcionou momentos fortes de análise, reflexão, partilha e orientação. O método do caso permite de uma forma profunda ver de vários prismas os diferentes problemas identificados. A diversidade de temas cobertos, desde a governance de uma empresa, à compra de uma fábrica, a uma reorganização, ao dilema do despedimento, à gestão da carreira, ou algo tão ‘simples’ como o turnaround de uma empresa, seguramente nos enriquecem e melhor preparam para decisões futuras.
