O programa proporcionou uma combinação única de rigor académico e aplicação prática, criando um ambiente propício à reflexão e à aprendizagem. O método utilizado desafiou-me a aprofundar o meu pensamento crítico e a desenvolver novas competências na gestão de instituições de saúde, sempre com um olhar humanizado e estratégico.
O ambiente criado foi verdadeiramente inspirador. A interação com profissionais de diversas áreas e a troca constante de experiências enriqueceram significativamente a minha perspetiva sobre os desafios e oportunidades no setor da saúde. A diversidade do grupo, aliada à qualidade do corpo docente, tornou cada sessão uma oportunidade única de crescimento, sempre com foco na partilha e na criação de valor.
Destaco também a qualidade das discussões, os momentos de convívio e as visitas organizadas, que reforçaram o espírito de equipa e a importância das relações humanas no sucesso das organizações. Esta experiência não elevou apenas a minha capacidade de liderança, mas também trouxe uma nova visão para enfrentar os desafios complexos do setor, com uma abordagem mais colaborativa e eficiente.

Sendo oriundo de uma Instituição Militar, o Hospital das Forças Armadas - Polo Porto, pude encontrar inúmeros pontos de contacto em tanta diversidade de posicionamentos e funções.
Estreitei relações com colegas excecionais, tanto em termos humanos quanto profissionais, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais enriquecedora. A pluralidade laboral e excelência de relacionamento foi bem denotada no grupo 3 onde estava inserido, motivando enriquecedores debates dos casos apresentados.
Saliento também o “método-caso” como método de ensino, estratégia aplicada com mestria pelos Professores do curso.
Além disso, tive a oportunidade de realizar uma visita à Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN), uma instituição de referência em inovação e excelência na área da saúde.
Toda esta vivência ampliou o meu conhecimento sobre práticas de gestão e fortaleceu a minha capacidade de aplicar soluções de alto impacto no setor.
