In short, there was no strong captain who was not also learned and aware, Luís de Camões reminded us. I found in PGL a set of tools that undoubtedly made me more knowledgeable and aware of the next steps to take in my professional career, without neglecting personal and family balance.
The program allows us to know the state of the art of good practices and current trends in business management, deepen the knowledge of leadership techniques and put it into practice weekly in the preparation, discussion and presentation of our points of view, based on the cases that are presented to us.
I sought AESE to respond to a concern regarding my professional career. Am I on the right track? More than answers, I found techniques to better identify where I am and what I want to achieve, ask better questions and above all always accompanied by an eclectic group of colleagues and teachers available to support this journey.
After this program, it became imperative to publicly express my gratitude for the quality of the training, provided by teachers who combine high professional experience with undeniable training skills, as well as above all the environment and group spirit that was instilled in us that lasts beyond the program, as we were able to witness in previous classes.
