Possui um MBA pela IE Business School, uma licenciatura em Economia e Administração de Empresas pela Universidade de Navarra e completou a sua formação executiva no IESE.
Tem uma extensa experiência executiva de nível C nos negócios de serviços financeiros, construção e varejo aeroportuário nas áreas de estratégia e desenvolvimento corporativo. Iniciando sua carreira profissional na PwC, tem colaborado em diversas companhias multinacionais e nacionais, como Aldeasa (Dufry) ou Grupo San José, entre outros. Interveio em processos de transformação corporativa, concepção e execução de estratégias, fusões e aquisições ou gestão de riscos empresariais.
Angel Proaño foi membro do conselho de diversas empresas que operam em diferentes setores (serviços financeiros, imobiliário, serviços tecnológicos ou corretagem de seguros).
É Professor convidado do PADE - Programa de Alta Direção da AESE Business School, em Portugal, e no PADEM do ISEM Fashion Business School , entre outros.
Atualmente, combina a docência em programas de Formação Executiva com a atividade de consultor sénior de CEOs, comissões executivas e conselhos de administração, em execução de estratégias e governança corporativa, a nível nacional e internacional.

O seu percurso profissional desenvolveu-se na indústria farmacêutica e de dermocosmética, nas áreas de marketing e comercial. É atualmente Diretora Comercial, desempenhando um papel no desenvolvimento da estratégia e políticas de marketing, comercial e na otimização de processos de negócio. É Administradora não-Executiva da Finanfarma, empresa financeira do Grupo ANF, e Diretor de Finanças Corporativas e Diretor Financeiro do Grupo ANF e Glintt, em Lisboa. É Técnica Oficial de Contas (Contabilista Certificada).
Anteriormente, foi responsável pelo Departamento Administrativo e Financeiro da Everis Portugal e, em simultâneo, na qualidade de Senior Manager, foi convidada para ser responsável pela criação e liderança do departamento de Corporate Finance de todo o Grupo Everis em Madrid, tendo participado e liderado diversos projetos internacionais e supervisionado funcionalmente diversos escritórios (nomeadamente, Brasil, Chile, Argentina, Colômbia e Itália).

Desenvolveu toda a sua carreira em IT, passando por empresas como Siemens, Altran e Novabase, sendo que nos últimos 10 anos esteve dedicada em exclusivo ao desenvolvimento de negócio em International SW Houses - Oracle e, mais recentemente, a OpenText, onde, nesta última, para além da gestão do negócio em Portugal, acumulou a liderança de iniciativas estratégicas a nível EMEA e a gestão do projeto Women in Tech, focado no desenvolvimento estratégico da carreira das mulheres na organização, através de formação e mentoring.
É casada e mãe de duas meninas e a sua maior ambição é que elas possam crescer acreditando que podem alcançar tudo a que se proponham.

Filipe Janela é um profissional sediado em Lisboa, com experiência consolidada na indústria farmacêutica e da saúde, nomeadamente na Roche. A sua carreira tem sido orientada por um forte enfoque no desenvolvimento de negócios, planeamento estratégico e inovação. Durante o seu percurso na Roche, desempenhou um papel relevante na implementação de iniciativas-chave destinadas a melhorar a eficiência operacional e a gerar valor através de soluções inovadoras para a saúde.
