De Dou dirige sua própria clínica psiquiátrica particular e gere uma equipa de psiquiatras e psicólogos profissionais. Também trabalhou como especialista médico e ocupou vários cargos em vários hospitais psiquiátricos.
Por vários anos, o Prof. de Dou foi assistente do Departamento de Comportamento Humano do IESE. Além disso, é consultor psiquiátrico no Colégio Oficial de Médicos de Barcelona. É psiquiatra especialista no tribunal eclesiástico da arquidiocese de Barcelona e médico associado na Clínica Universidad de Navarra.

Enveredou pela formação em gestão e pela gestão da saúde após fazer o Executive MBA AESE/IESE (2002-2004). Doutorado em Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y Jurídicas na Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC-Barcelona, 2017); a sua tese intitula-se “Misión, motivación e integración profesional en la gestión hospitalaria”.
É Professor e responsável de área de Comportamento Humano na Organização na AESE. É Diretor do PADIS - Programa de Alta Direção de Instituições de Saúde, desde 2004. É Diretor do HBE – Hospital Business Enhancement, desde 2020. Coach na equipa de Coaching directivo da AESE desde 2012. É membro da Direção da AESE (2003-2010; 2017 até à data). É Associate Partner da DPM Counsuting Portugal desde 2017. É Membro do Comité de Investigação da Fundación DPMC (2021).
Best Paper Award na 4th International Conference on Organization and Management (ICOM 2019), organizada pelo College of Business da Universidade de Abu Dhabi, com o trabalho intitulado “Applying Business Interactive Games for Capacity Building: a Case Study in Health Care Operations Management”, em co-autoria com o Prof. Nuno Biga, da AESE Business School.
Co-autor do livro “Sonhando com um hospital optimista”, um guia para revitalizar a humanização dos cuidados que se prestam nas instituições de saúde (Edições AESE, 2018). Contribuiu com um artigo para a obra “Reflexões sobre Ética Médica”, que agrega a participação de 20 outros especialistas na área da saúde (Principia, 2019). É co-autor do capítulo “Managing people with ethics and compassion” no livro “Emerging Human and Techno-Human Business Management Dynamics in a Globalized Environment” (Nova Science Publishers, 2020). É co-autor do capítulo “Being ‘on a Mission’ at Work: How to Make Mission Statements Effective in the Healthcare Sector”, no livro “Regionalized Management of Medicine” (Springer, 2022).
Participou no estudo “La cultura empresarial: estudio empirico en empresas españolas y portuguesas”, do IESE (2007) e no estudo “Impact of working hours on sleep and mental health” (2017).
É autor do caso “Nelson Pereira” (2011) e co-autor dos casos “Matilde” (2013), “Guilherme” (2014), e “Rodolfo” (2017). Orientou a escrita do Caso “O Centro de cirurgia cardio-torácica de Coimbra” (2006), “O Departamento de Operações do Millennium BCP (2012) e “SAFE4PRO, um negócio pouco seguro” (2017).
Durante os anos universitários, foi diretor da Residência de Estudantes da Boavista, no Porto (1989-1992), responsável por diversos Campos de Trabalho Universitário: Jachembie Zdroy (Katowice, Polónia - 1988), S. Tomé e Príncipe (1989) e pela organização dos Campos de Voluntariado no Centro de Apoio a Deficientes Profundos João Paulo II (1993 - 1996). Foi colaborador permanente do Instituto de Solidariedade e Cooperação Universitária (ISU), ONG para o Desenvolvimento (1992-2002).

Javier Díaz-Giménez é atualmente professor de economia no IESE.
O Professor Díaz-Giménez dedicou a maior parte de sua vida profissional a pesquisar e ensinar macroeconomia. O seu trabalho recente explora as conseqüências macroeconómicas da política fiscal e das reformas do sistema de pensões. Publicou os resultados da sua pesquisa em algumas das principais revistas profissionais, como o Journal of Political Economy e o Journal of Monetary Economics. É também autor do livro de graduação "Macroeconomía: Primeros Conceptos" (Macroeconomics: Primary Concepts).

O Prof. Llopis tem uma vasta experiência no setor de bens de consumo e empresas familiares e um amplo conhecimento dos mercados dos EUA e da América Latina, em particular o México, onde trabalha em estreita colaboração com a escola de negócios IPADE.

Obteve um Mestrado em Comunicação nas Organizações pela Universidade Complutense de Madrid e também em Governo das Organizações (Universidade de Navarra). Frequentou o PDE na AESE. Doutorou-se pelo Instituto Empresa y Humanismo da Universidade de Navarra, com uma tese em "Comunicação Interpessoal", a que a Faculdade atribui o prémio de destaque desse ano.
Esteve vários anos na direção de ONG's. Dedicou-se à docência a partir de 1986. Leciona na AESE desde 2001, onde dá aulas nas áreas de Comportamento Humano, Comunicação, Liderança, Motivação e Negociação.
Atualmente, é Administrador Executivo de 2 cooperativas de ensino.
