Francesco Costigliola É Professor de Marketing Intelligence na Área Académica Política Comercial e Marketing da AESE Business School. Doutorado em estatística computacional pela universidade de Nápoles (Itália), a sua experiência profissional e académica incide na área de Analytics, Data Science e Inteligência Artificial. Ao longo da sua carreira, Francesco Costigliola trabalhou em diferentes áreas e países, aplicando os seus conhecimentos de análise de dados, estatística e inteligência artificial em vários setores, como o financeiro, o retalho e o energético. Trabalhou para clientes como Nestlé, h&m, Adidas, Tesco, Desigual, entre outros. Atualmente, é o Chief Analytics Officer na Caixa Geral de Depósitos responsável pelo Centro de Inteligência Analítica.
Mário Porfírio É Professor de Marketing Operacional na Área Académica de Política Comercial e Marketing da AESE Business School. Licenciado em Gestão de Marketing pelo IPAM – Instituto Português de Administração de Marketing de Lisboa, encontra-se a fazer o doutoramento em gestão no ISEG – Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão. Concluiu o IV Executive MBA da AESE | IESE e pós-graduações em Estratégia, pela Ross Business School, University of Michigan e em Gestão de Projetos, pela UAL – Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. Empreendedor há mais de 25 anos, fundou e gere várias empresas de marketing e comunicação desenvolvendo projetos para clientes em Portugal, Espanha, Dinamarca, Suíça, Alemanha e Austrália. Promoveu e participou como mentor em programas de aceleração de startups e foi Business Angel em Entidades Veículo de investimento em startups. [/av_toggle] [av_toggle title='Oradores e Professores' tags=''] Joann Halpern é Diretora do Hasso Plattner Institute, Nova Iorque (HPI) e Professora Adjunta no Departamento de Estatística Aplicada, Ciências Sociais e Humanidades da Universidade de Nova Iorque. Antes de ingressar na HPI, foi Diretora Fundadora do Centro Alemão de Investigação e Inovação (GCRI), criado como projeto pioneiro do governo alemão na internacionalização da ciência e a investigação.

Como diretora global de assuntos académicos e estudantis e professora de educação internacional na Global College of Long Island University, liderou o processo de internacionalização do campus e esteve envolvida na revisão do currículo da Global College.

De 1996 a 2001, foi diretora de programas internacionais na Universidade Harz em Wernigerode, Alemanha, onde criou mais de 20 programas de intercâmbio universitário, lecionou licenciaturas e codesenvolveu programas de duplo grau em administração de empresas e gestão turística. Também cofundou a Knowledge Transfer Beyond Boundies, uma ONG com projetos nos Camarões, Nigéria, Iémen e Antígua.

Halpern recebeu o bacharelato na Universidade de Dartmouth, tem um mestrado da Universidade de Harvard e Doutoramento na Universidade de Nova Iorque. Lecionou cursos de estudos globais, comunicação intercultural, educação internacional, inglês empresarial e alemão nos Estados Unidos (Universidade de Harvard, Dartmouth College, NYU) e Alemanha (Universidade de Magdeburg, Universidade de Harz). Atualmente realiza workshops de desenvolvimento de carreiras e design thinking em vários países em todo o mundo.

Halpern é um dos galardoados com o Prémio de Distinção no Ensino da Universidade de Harvard, bem como bolsas de estudo e bolsas da Comissão Fulbright, DAAD, Fundação Robert Bosch e da National Endowment for the Humanities. Colabora nos Conselhos consultivos da Universidade Técnica de Dortmund, Centro Alemão de Investigação e Inovação, University Alliance Ruhr, Charité Entrepreneurship Summit e no Conselho Consultivo Externo do Instituto de Invenção, Inovação e Empreendedorismo de Tandon.

John Almandoz é professor no Departamento de Gestão de Pessoas em Organizações do IESE. Tem experiência em consultoria atuarial, banca corporativa e gestão de organizações sem fins lucrativos. Obteve o doutoramento em Comportamento Organizacional e um mestrado em Sociologia pela Harvard Business School/Universidade de Harvard e um MBA pela Cox School of Business da Southern Methodist University.

Publicou em revistas de prestígio como a Academy of Management Journal e a Administrative Science Quarterly e participa em investigação sobre empreendedorismo, instituições e equipas de gestão de topo e conselhos de administração. A sua dissertação centrou-se nas implicações estratégicas e empresariais das missões comunitárias e financeiras nas equipas fundadoras de bancos locais.

É revisor da Conferência da Academia de Gestão e revisor ad-hoc da Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Studies e outras revistas. Apresentou trabalhos em várias conferências e seminários internacionais, incluindo em Harvard, MIT, Oxford e na Academia de Gestão. É membro da Academia de Gestão, da Associação Americana de Sociologia e do Grupo Europeu de Estudos Organizacionais.

Almandoz leciona nos programas de MBA, Executive MBA e Global Executive MBA sobre liderança e comportamento organizacional e gestão de si mesmo.

Luis Cabral é doutorado pela Universidade de Stanford (1989), licenciado em Economia pela UCP e tem mestrado na mesma área pela UNL. É professor de Economia na NYU e na AESE, tendo sido docente nas universidades: Nova de Lisboa, London Business School, London School of Economics, Berkeley, Yale, IESE. Atualmente, ocupa a cátedra Paganelli-Bull de Economia na New York University. É pesquisador do Centro de Pesquisa de Política Econômica (CEPR). Foi Presidente da Associação Européia de Pesquisa em Economia Industrial (EARIE), membro do Grupo de Conselheiros Econômicos do Presidente da Comissão Europeia, e consultor de várias organizações públicas e privadas. Foi consultor de várias organizações, do New York Mets à OCDE, da Pfizer em vários governos de Portugal, destacando-se o trabalho no litígio da Airbus-Boing entre 2005 e 2009. Como suas áreas de investigação versa sobre os aspetos dinâmicos da concorrência entre empresas. É autor do livro “Introdução à Organização Industrial”, publicado pela MIT Press, traduzido em 7 línguas e adotado por universidades em países de baixa renda.

Natalia Levina doutorou-se em Tecnologias de Informação pela Sloan School of Management do MIT e é professora catedrático na New York University Stern School of Business. O seu principal interesse pela investigação é compreender como as pessoas atravessam fronteiras organizacionais, profissionais, culturais e outras, enquanto produzem e utilizam inovações tecnológicas. Atualmente, os seus estudos centram-se na avaliação e adoção de Inteligência Artificial (IA) na medicina, em projetos de inovação abertos, em teorias de contratos inteligentes e nas relações entre empresas e comunidades de crowdsourcing. Grande parte da sua investigação até à data focou-se em estratégias e táticas relacionadas com o fornecimento global de conhecimentos, conteúdos e ideias. O seu trabalho tem dado contributos significativos para a compreensão da capacidade de financiamento em serviços profissionais, estratégias de portfólio multivendedor, partilha de conhecimento e eficácia de colaboração para a distribuição de inovação e estratégias para a inovação aberta. É oradora frequente sobre estes temas em conferências académicas e industriais. A Prof. Levina é uma professora inovadora que desenvolveu um curso único sobre "Digital Innovation & Crowdsourcing", e tem vindo a receber avaliações extremamente positivas em programas de licenciatura, MBA e MBA Executivo. Foi nomeada para o Prémio de Melhor Professor pelos alunos de MBA da NYU Stern. A sua pesquisa foi publicada em revistas de topo como Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, Organization Science, Academy of Management Journal, Decision Sciences Journal e Harvard Business Review, entre outros. Recebeu o Prémio de Melhor Artigo Publicado em 2015 na área dos Sistemas de Informação, Melhor Artigo Publicado em 2015 na revista Information & Organization, Melhor Artigo Publicado em 2015 pela Academy of Management Research Methods Division, Melhor Artigo Publicado em 2014 pela Divisão de OCIS da Academia de Gestão, inúmeros prémios de melhor paper de conferência, e dois prémios de dissertação de doutoramento. O Prof. Levina já foi editora sénior na Information Systems Research, membro do Conselho de Administração da Revista Organization Science, e atualmente é membro do Conselho Editorial da Information & Organizations. Foi copresidente do programa para a Conferência Internacional de Sistemas de Informação (ICIS) em 2016 e presidente da conferência para a Conferência de Inteligência Coletiva (2016). Presidiu ao AIS Special Interest Group (SIG) sobre o Método da Teoria Fundamentada em 2016-2020. A Prof. Levina recebeu numerosas bolsas de investigação, incluindo a Bolsa de Estudos da Indústria da Fundação Alfred P. Sloan, o IBM Shared University Research Award e o National Science Foundation VOSS Research Grant. Foi professora visitante na Warwick Business School, na Universidade de Cambridge (Reino Unido), nos Estados Unidos do Havai e na Universidade da Califórnia em Santa Barbara.

Sonia Marciano é Professora Clínica na Stern School of Management desde julho de 2007. Ela leciona nos programas de MBA executivo em tempo integral, meio período e da Stern, bem como na faculdade de graduação. Ela é diretora acadêmica da Stern para o TRIUM – um programa conjunto de MBA executivo que inclui Stern, LSE e HEC. Marciano recebeu o NYU Distinguished Teaching Award 2022, que é conferido a até 6 professores selecionados entre mais de três mil nas mais de 20 escolas que compõem a Universidade de Nova York. O prêmio é baseado em contribuições de alunos, ex-alunos e colegas atuais. Lecionou cursos de MBA e MBA executivo em Booth, Kellogg, Wharton e Yale. O Professor Marciano ganhou vários prêmios de ensino para distinção no ensino, mais recentemente para melhor professor nos programas de MBA Executivo de Yale e Stern. Antes de ingressar na Stern em tempo integral, ela trabalhou na Columbia Business School e, antes da Columbia, passou 2,5 anos no Instituto de Estratégia e Competitividade (ISC) de Harvard, onde desenvolveu conteúdo para o curso de Microeconomia da Competitividade do Instituto, que co-ensinou com o Professor Michael E. Porter. Antes da HBS, o Professor Marciano passou oito anos como Professor Clínico de Gestão e Estratégia na Kellogg School of Management, enquanto também lecionava na Universidade de Chicago. Marciano é autor de vários casos HBS e coautor do livro Kellogg on Strategy, com o Professor David Dranove. Trabalhou em consultoria, seguros e banca antes de obter o seu doutoramento. Marciano recebeu seu BA, MBA e PhD pela Universidade de Chicago.
Oseas Ramírez Assad – Tecnologia, Psicologia, Inovação para um mundo melhor

A Oseas é um empreendedor e intrapreneur com um historial de 20 anos de vanguarda da inovação em startups e dentro de grandes empresas. Apaixonado pela intersecção de tecnologia de ponta, desenvolvimento humano, empreendedorismo e inovação, o Oseas é atualmente o CEO da Axialent, uma empresa multinacional de consultoria de transformação cultural ao serviço de grandes empresas, incluindo clientes como P&G, Citi, Facebook, Microsoft, Cisco, BBVA, Mercado Libre, entre muitas outras. Além disso, participa no conselho de administração das startups que cofundou, e é assessor de grandes empresas a nível internacional em temas de inovação. Como orador público, apresentou-se em vários países das Américas, Europa e Ásia. Do lado corporativo, Oseas trabalhou para a Cisco Systems HQ durante seis anos, durante os quais liderou três grandes projetos corporativos: primeiro, foi responsável pelo desenvolvimento do top 2% de talento da empresa em todo o mundo, com foco em Senior Managers. Em segundo lugar, enquanto liderava esta iniciativa, cofundou e lançou internamente a Startup//Cisco, um movimento de toda a empresa que treina colaboradores sobre como adotar as melhores práticas de inovação de startups para revigorar o ADN de startup da Cisco. Este trabalho está agora documentado num caso de negócios do IESE. Por fim, foi responsável por liderar o design e implementação da estratégia de co-inovação da Cisco, envolvendo clientes-chave em todo o mundo. Durante esta fase final, também viajou pelo mundo evangelizando inúmeras organizações sobre a estratégia de inovação da Cisco. Do lado da startup, o Oseas fundou ou cofundou quatro startups com base no México, sendo a mais bem-sucedida (a) weknow (we-know.net), a principal fornecedora de soluções e serviços de e-learning da LatAm, e (b) ID2R (Ideas To Results – id2r.co), uma empresa de orquestração de inovação especializada em organizações médias e grandes que procuram estabelecer ou acelerar as suas capacidades de inovação, adquiridas pela Axialent. Iniciou a sua carreira como cofundador de um negócio de desenvolvimento web aos 17 anos, e depois continuou como CIO de um jornal. Trabalhou como CTO do ISP, é psicólogo licenciado (terapia familiar), orador público, professor universitário, empreendedor e mentor de startups. Obteve o seu MBA nos Estados Unidos como Fulbright Scholar.
