O método de caso permitiu analisar desafios reais sob várias perspetivas, sempre com professores experientes a orientar a discussão.
A diversidade do grupo criou uma dinâmica de trabalho excecional, reforçada pela visita à Clínica Universitária de Navarra. Destaco ainda o espírito do meu grupo de trabalho, que tornou esta experiência particularmente enriquecedora. Este programa forneceu-me a clareza e a confiança necessárias para abraçar o meu próprio estilo de liderança.
Paralelamente, ter a oportunidade de conhecer outras mulheres, poder partilhar experiências, criar um espaço de vulnerabilidade e confiança mútua permitiu a criação de amizades genuínas.
Eu saio do OSA com muito mais do que certificados e apontamentos ... saio com uma nova perspetiva sobre o meu potencial e sobre o papel das mulheres no mundo corporativo.
