O programa permite-nos conhecer o estado da arte de boas práticas e tendências atuais da gestão de empresas, aprofundar o conhecimento de técnicas de liderança e pô-lo semanalmente em prática na preparação, discussão e apresentação dos nossos pontos de vista, fundamentados, relativamente aos casos que nos vão sendo apresentados.
Procurei a AESE para responder a uma inquietude relativamente ao percurso profissional. Estarei no caminho certo? A AESE, com o seu programa PDE, contribuiu para o meu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional para fazer face a este desafio - liderar.
A metodologia de ensino instituída, que se consubstancia no Método do caso, visa a prática da tomada de decisão e a pensar como um dirigente. Com uma abordagem interdisciplinar, cultiva a ação, a análise crítica, a curiosidade, o foco no que é essencial, o trabalho em equipa e a partilha de conhecimentos e experiências para a resolução de problemas.
Estes fatores descritos foram ampliados graças à notória qualidade de todo o corpo docente e discente.

Estou a chegar ao fim do PGL e a pergunta que temos feito uns aos outros, em tom de brincadeira, é e agora?
Vou começar por me apresentar, chamo-me Salvador Corrêa de Oliveira, tenho 38 anos, estou a terminar o 29.º PGL e estou a poucos dias de ter imenso tempo…
Começando pelo princípio, após andar vários meses a pensar em voltar a estudar, comecei a procurar onde. A preferência caiu logo na AESE e no PGL: diria que foi amor à primeira vista. Tinha tudo o que eu gostava: a duração q.b., amigos e familiares a terem estudado lá e com as melhores das referências. O método do caso, pensei, é aqui, é perfeito! Falei com a minha mulher Rita, a minha Santa Rita, que me deu toda a força!
Após estes meses, não tenho a menor dúvida de que foi a melhor decisão que tomei. As expectativas foram largamente superadas, a estrutura do curso, os casos, os professores, o ambiente, o cuidado e a forma como fomos tratados, recordarei com carinho. Será certamente uma experiência que irei recomendar vivamente.
Mas então, e agora?
Agora, agora vou ter muito mais tempo e, ao mesmo tempo um vazio. Muito mais tempo porque, entre os dias das aulas e o tempo de estudo, que agora vão ficar livres, estou convencido que a semana vai ter o dobro dos dias, mas e o vazio? Pois é, é aqui que “a porca torce o rabo…”
Apesar do PGL não ter uma grande duração, cerca de 4 meses, é o tempo suficiente para se criar relações, amizades, até bastante fortes. Tenho a certeza de que todos sentimos o mesmo… Já tenho saudades das picardias entre os grupos. Claro que o grupo 3 era o melhor!
Também já tenho saudades daqueles temas mais quentes, normalmente os de Comportamento Humano. Aprendi muito: aprendi que não devemos achar que só há um caminho, há sempre uma parte C e D, quando achamos que é evidente e que não há mais alternativas. Temos de olhar para a parte humana, a resposta está quase sempre aí!
Gostava de escrever aqui uma palavra a cada um dos meus colegas, mas acho que tornaria este texto demasiado grande e a probabilidade de não o lerem seria enorme. Assim, envio-vos um enorme abraço e um beijinho às senhoras. Tornaram este programa e estes meses especiais. Muito obrigado a todos!
