The short program Finance for Non-Financial Managers is designed for managers who, although not specialists in accounting or finance, need to understand the main concepts and techniques in order to analyse the organisation’s financial position, question teams, and make well-founded decisions. The program is structured into two sequential and complementary modules:
- Module 1: Financial accounting, cost analysis and management control
- Module 2: Operational finance and the business’s structural finance
Each module, lasting 2 full days, includes around 8 sessions, mostly based on practical cases, complemented by occasional technical sessions.
