I participated in the 47th PADIS Porto, a recognized Senior Management Program for Health Institutions, which provided me with a strategic and integrated vision of health service management. Coming from a Military Institution, the Armed Forces Hospital – Porto Pole, I was able to find numerous points of contact in such a diversity of positions and functions.
I have strengthened relationships with exceptional colleagues, both in human and professional terms, which has made the experience even more enriching. The plurality of labor and excellence of relationship was well denoted in group 3 where he was inserted, motivating enriching debates of the cases presented.
I also highlight the “case-method” as a teaching method, a strategy applied with mastery by the Professors of the course.
In addition, I had the opportunity to visit the Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN), a reference institution in innovation and excellence in the field of health.
All this experience expanded my knowledge of management practices and strengthened my ability to apply high-impact solutions in the sector.
