Afonso Hespanhol Leitão Coordinator of Short Programs

The individual accountability of those holding management positions in companies, listed or otherwise, is today a highly scrutinized reality, reinforced by international corporate scandals.

It is essential that directors understand the strategic and social impact of their decisions.

This short program helps to elevate the individual contribution of members and to promote effective board of directors, aligned with value creation and competitive advantage.

The program provides a critical review of the central themes on a board’s agenda and guides participants toward what truly matters in a director’s performance.
