Method principles:
- Decision-making in real scenarios
Authentic cases place participants in situations of uncertainty, requiring strategic analysis and well-founded responses. - Exchange of strategic perspectives
The diversity of participants’ experiences enriches debate and stimulates new approaches. - Structured and collaborative learning
Three stages: individual study → group work → general session led by the professor. - Professors as facilitators
Guide debate, challenge assumptions and help explore innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
The three stages of the Case Method:
- Individual Study – Independent case analysis and hypothesis definition.
- Group Work – Discussion and validation of strategies with peers.
- General Session – Guided debate that synthesizes learning and reinforces decision-making.
Learning in loco
The PGL includes company visits, colloquia with leading executives and sessions on the macroeconomic context — offering direct contact with management realities and decisions that have shaped business trajectories.
