“Doing GAIN was a challenge as a professional, as it forced me to deepen technical skills that allow me to have a clearer view of the entire operation of the company. As part of Beirabaga, I was often focused on what I consider to be my “duties” and less attentive to areas with which I was less familiar.
Today I feel able to look at other areas and better understand where I am.
One of the great assets that I take from these 4 months at AESE is the central focus on the Person that this school encourages us to always keep in mind. This is certainly a technical tool for human resources management and family management that will stay with me for life.
Not least, the opportunity I had to get to know this business school and the people who accompanied me during this time and who made this such a stimulating experience!
I say with great confidence that I finished this course richer in a professional but also personal aspect, with people who will accompany me throughout my life.
