Attending the 2nd HBE was a very important experience, because it allowed me to deepen in a comprehensive, chained and structured way, key concepts within the scope of the hospitality market, culminating in a positive impact on my professional activity.
The case study method is absolutely differentiating. HBE is not a program in which knowledge flows only one way. It has a balanced mix between lectures and case study classes, where we are invited to think and analyze real cases in advance, to later be discussed in groups and in class, making each case a very enriching experience.
Although the program was 100% virtual, I consider that communication between everyone was easy, having exceeded my expectations.
