HBE enriches those who want to deepen and systematize knowledge, structure thought, give importance to detail, reflect on how to do it and when. Anticipate the needs of the customer and the organizational structure where we move, in fact innovate!
Participating in HBE was a challenge that brought more knowledge to better perform my role, where it was also possible to deepen and consolidate concepts, as well as fill spaces that were not so developed.
It gives us a great base to explore areas where we have more need or gaps to fill.
The networking done during the course is an asset, where all the contributions of colleagues with the most diverse experiences are enriching and with which we have the opportunity to discuss during the analysis of the cases, which is a method of added value.
