PADE provided me with the ideal conditions to think about the company in all its major dimensions, and as a great personal goal, to strengthen my decision-making capacity, through the analysis and proposal of action in real case studies.
I take with me the richness of this approach, very practical, transversal in the themes, ranging from values to operations, from finance to strategy, and in a way that fosters debate and the sharing of different points of view. PADE is moderated by a group of teachers who challenge us and often surprise us from the perspective of the analysis of the problem and the proposal for action.
I also feel privileged as a participant in the first PADE of the new Porto campus, which contributed to an exceptional environment of quality and fraternization and camaraderie throughout the program.
