With a degree in Economics from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, she is a senior talent management specialist with international experience as a manager, consultant, trainer, and coach. Her vision is to help “People grow through Meaningful Work and Life.”
Over the last 18 years, Paula Guedes has worked in Human Resources, leading a wide range of projects and units at Bank Millennium (Poland) and Millennium bcp (Portugal, Angola, Mozambique). Earlier in her career, she worked in Retail Banking, leading sales teams.
Her main passion is contributing innovative, inspiring, and sustainable solutions to make development happen in the lives of people and organizations.
