Eduardo Pereira is originally from Aveiro.

He earned a degree in Business Management in Lisbon at ISEG, including a period at the University of Westminster in London.

He completed the GMP – General Management Program at AESE and holds a PhD from the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow, with a thesis on the topic of Organisational Commitment.

Most of his professional experience was developed in management consulting, working with large organisations across a wide range of sectors, such as the automotive industry, the ceramics industry and transport, insurance, among others.

He worked mainly in the areas of Organisational Development, People Management and Strategic Development.

In addition to Portugal, he held positions in Spain, Mexico and Brazil.

He collaborated with IESE in the implementation of the research study “Direccion por Misiones” (which involved more than 100 companies and resulted in several publications related to the academic field of the Human Factor) and the research study “MO3 – Market Orientation and Open Organizations”.

At AESE, he is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the academic area “Human Factor in Organisations” and an Executive Coach.

He serves as a Non-Executive Director in several companies in the Protection and Security, Aquaculture and Management Consulting sectors.
