The PADEM – Advanced Management Program for Fashion Companies is a senior executive training program developed for fashion sector professionals facing increasing challenges of complexity, speed, and transformation.

It is the result of an international partnership between AESE Business School and ISEM Fashion Business School, combining academic excellence, specialized industry knowledge, and a practical approach oriented toward strategic decision-making.
