Although in the same year I had already completed a postgraduate training in health management, PADIS has now brought me a renewed vision, combining technical excellence with a deeply human and ethical approach to leadership.
The richness of the program lies in the analysis of real cases, which challenges us to reflect and face the challenges of management with a more conscious and comprehensive perspective, always leading to intense and dynamic discussions among the participants. The thematic colloquia complemented this learning by addressing current and inspiring topics, reinforcing the impact of our decisions on a daily basis and on the transformative role of leadership.
Participating in AESE’s 47th PADIS was a truly transformative experience, which left a deep mark on both my professional and personal life.
Some moments are also noteworthy, such as the simulation game of the emergency service and the visit to the Clínica de Navarra, which were particularly striking. The game allowed us to test our decision-making capacity under pressure, while the visit provided us with contact with a reference center that impresses with its technical excellence and appreciation of the human factor. These experiences reinforced in me the certainty that health management should be guided by dignity, commitment to others and focus on the well-being of users.
PADIS goes far beyond an academic program. Each session, each reflection and each sharing generates new perspectives and motivates us to lead with ethics, empathy and purpose. I take with me not only new knowledge and tools acquired, but also values that will guide and inspire me along my journey to make more humane and efficient decisions.
