The discipline of the program imposes a new weekly routine, and this new routine is essential to find moments of inspiration and reflection, through different speakers, but above all due to the diversity of experience and areas of work of other colleagues. These moments have an enormous richness in the personal and professional development of each one. It was really worth it!
