She holds a Law degree from UCP Lisbon. She completed the 17th PDE at AESE and short programs in Negotiation, Public Speaking, and Key Account Management at AESE, as well as a postgraduate degree in Marketing and another in Strategic Human Resources Management at Católica. Additionally, she spent a week at INSEAD in the OWP program and completed a 6-month Leadership program at Católica.
She began her professional career as a lawyer. After living in Argentina for two years, she returned to law, but a year later she embraced a project in the agribusiness sector as a sales representative, later becoming a Key Account Manager and, finally, Iberian Commercial Director. During this period, the company grew 13-fold and is now a benchmark in the sector. After 14 years, she took on the challenge of founding the People and Culture department in the same organization, contributing to the company’s reorganization and cultural transformation.
To more solidly embrace this new challenge, she completed a postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management at Católica, and studied Performance Management, Cultural Transformation, and Leadership at Porto Business School and INSEAD, where she also obtained her Coaching Certification.
She is currently the L&D Manager at Carmo Wood and an Executive Coach.
At AESE, she is a teaching fellow in the Human Factor in the Organization department and is a member of the coaching team.
She is part of the organization of Sairef, a Catholic summer camp that annually hosts 60 young people between the ages of 15 and 18, and a team of 20 monitors between the ages of 20 and 25.
