The beginning of the course was in fact marked by some skepticism about the success of the course, since it would be the first fully digital course organized by AESE and in a totally new academic context for us.
What would be at first glance another online course, turned into a true case study of good practices, organization, knowledge sharing and a very great complicity between the participants, who despite the physical distance managed to create a very strong team spirit.
The content of the course itself is very rich, comprehensive and has an approach that relates technical topics to the current reality and the future of the business world. Classes in leadership, motivation and organization, negotiation, governance, finance, marketing, innovation, strategy, digital transformation, are just a few examples of the topics covered in the course and which are supported by a group of excellent teachers.
In fact, it was a fantastic and enriching experience.
