I sought at DEEP to achieve the skills that the lawyer so often lacks for the leadership and management of the firm’s structure, in a planned, focused and effective way.

It exceeded my expectations, in terms of training quality, companionship and exchange of experiences among colleagues and also the permanent challenge to do more and better, always putting the person at the center of management.

As I learned, I implemented the knowledge acquired in the day-to-day management of the office, operating an authentic 360º reinvention of our entire structure.
