What are the main milestones in your professional career, which contributed to reaching the position of CEO of Konica Minolta, Iberia?
There are remarkable moments, but in a Japanese company, consistency is the most relevant. Therefore, I believe that I was proposed to lead Spain and Portugal because I was able to combine good results in customer satisfaction, employee engagement and for meeting the objectives agreed with Japan, consistently and increasingly in the last 12 years.
The fact that Portugal has been one of the top 5 European subsidiaries of Konica Minolta Europe on a recurring basis may have also helped!

Always wanting to learn new things, not being afraid to make mistakes and learning from mistakes.

If you could go back in time, what would you do differently?
I would have done the MBA earlier. But on the condition that I don’t lose the friendship of my colleagues from the 11th AESE Executive MBA.
