Por outras palavras, o marketing dá expressão ao que somos, de uma formar única: permite que quem está de fora perceba como estabelecer connosco uma relação positiva e idealmente recíproca. Mas, como transpor o que é necessário em ideias comuns? Como saber qual o caminho a percorrer, como o construir e quais os erros a evitar? Para definir onde queremos estar precisamos de ter uma estratégia perfeitamente delineada. Para tal, é preciso desenvolver uma compreensão das estruturas, significados e discursos que moldam e explicam a tomada de decisão da organização, espelhadas num plano de marketing, o qual irá sustentar as ações e os impactos futuros (positivos) na organização.
