A fusão da Transformação Digital com Data Science desencadeou uma revolução total nos Planos de Marketing das grandes organizações reorientando a forma de comunicar e oferecer produtos e serviços aos clientes, numa perspetiva radicalmente diferente.
Obter insights com base em dados é uma atividade tão antiga quanto a Invenção da numeração. A matemática e o cálculo constituíram a primeira aceleração. Os computadores vieram trazer um enorme incremento: um analista em 1970 submetia dados numa fita perfurada e num programa; em 2000 o computador pessoal, democratizou a obtenção de insights a todos os colaboradores de uma empresa. De 2008 em diante a aceleração entra numa espiral vertiginosa fundindo Data Science com os Negócios.
Abordaremos o impacto da Data Science, Inteligência Artificial e Machine Learning no Marketing e nas Empresas, em setores como a Banca com o DBS Bank Singapura, como os Seguros de Saúde com a Allianz, e Retalho com a GAP.
