The quality of the choices and decisions we make within our work teams in a demanding and competitive business world is a critical success factor. As leaders, we have to be equipped with the best knowledge and the best tools to be able to make the best decisions, for the benefit of our Team and our Organization. This fact is even more important in such a challenging and unpredictable context in which the pandemic has placed us.
Being able to attend PGL during this most troubled phase of our lives was undoubtedly the best experience I have had in recent years. The technical knowledge acquired in this program allowed me to develop new approaches to common problems. And, more importantly and what I would like to highlight the most is the aspect of human behavior and personal development, which makes us question the way we deal with ourselves and others, creating the basis for a true transformation of our management skills.
