He is a professor and head of the Business Ethics Department at IESE Business School, holder of the CaixaBank Chair of Sustainability and Social Impact, and director of the CBS Center for Business in Society. Currently, he is a member of the Board of ABIS – Academy of Business in Society and a member of the Executive Committee of the United Nations Global Compact Spain. He is also a member of the Social Responsibility Commission of the Board of Auditors and Censors of Catalonia and the Deontological Commission of FENIN.
He served as President of EBEN-Spain (the Spanish branch of the European Business Ethics Network) as well as the Board Committee of Foretica, representing individual members.
He has written and collaborated on several books regarding Business Ethics and has been a guest editor for various special editions of scientific journals, such as Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, and Business Ethics: A European Review. He is a member of advisory and editorial boards for various media outlets and publications related to Business Ethics and Social Responsibility.
