With the “Emergency Service” Game, we seek to recreate a reality similar to an Emergency Service, in which we can play different roles and responsibilities in the chain of operations. To win the “game”, it was crucial to identify weaknesses and “bottlenecks” within the operations system in a timely manner, optimize the layout of the space, and motivate the team towards the common goal. It was an interesting experience in which, “playing seriously”, we were able to understand the relevance of operations management in the proper functioning of the recreated Emergency Service.
