One Step Ahead (OSA) was more than a women’s leadership program, it was a unique experience.
The OSA allowed the sharing of knowledge and experiences, the debate of different points of view and created a great companionship, even if at the distance of a click.
It is a program that stands out for its excellent faculty as well as for the quality and diversity of the contents covered, which is very useful for professional and personal day-to-day life.
A special thanks to AESE and the Executive for the exceptional organization of the program and for having provided this unique experience of participating in the 1st One Step Ahead.
