“Participating in the 6th OSA program was, for me, a truly transformative experience. I highlight the excellence of the teachers, the opening of horizons that the program provided me and the inspiring sharing of women leaders – unavoidable references in the organizational world. Each session was a source of learning and motivation.
One of the aspects that I valued the most was, without a doubt, Mentoring, an essential part of the program. This support helped me to think creatively, to challenge my own limits and to define my path with greater clarity and purpose.
