The challenge of carrying out the PADE arose as an opportunity to refresh, consolidate and obtain new knowledge at the level of Senior Management, especially when we want to take our organization to other levels of competitiveness and demand.
In retrospect, when I decided to dedicate myself to this program, I had high expectations for PADE, but still the Program managed to far exceed my forecasts. It is designed to allow the sharing of knowledge between very different professional realities and with very different approaches. This openness to new ways of looking at each case was a great experience, both personally and professionally.
