PGL for me was a complement to my way of being, being and feeling the people around me in my daily work.
I learned that human resources are the driving force of a company and that success depends on how they are inserted in their environment.
The method of the case for me was crucial to realize and consolidate that to obtain a solution, there are numerous forms of approach depending on the experience, experience and basic training that each one has. Dialogue is crucial.
We cannot take anything for granted, but rather understand how we can acquire it, using loyalty, making means and resources compatible to obtain a better solution for the time frame in which we are making the decision, never losing focus on our foundation, which is the family.
I feel like a more resilient, more complete professional.
