The 42nd AESE PADE was a deeply enriching experience for me, for several reasons. By the distinctive methodology – based on the case study – which appeals to our ability to identify what is most relevant in the case presented and to make contact with a line of reflection, always interesting, proposed by the teachers. The analysis of the decisions made in the case and other possible decisions and their respective impacts adds enormous value for those who have leadership missions in their organization. Then, by the range of sectors evidenced in the cases and by the multiple approaches we are invited to take – strategy, finance, marketing, leadership, among others. I truly believe that the friendship that has been created between all of them will last in the future.
