“Today I can say that PADE completely exceeded my expectations. And it exceeded because the Program I attended was composed of people with a rich experience of senior management in very heterogeneous areas, but with a great desire to constructively share these experiences, both in discussion in class and in groups, namely in the way in which the cases that constitute the fulcrum of this Program are discussed.
It exceeded because, with this network of Contacts, new relationships were created, I would even say new friendships, which I am convinced will last in the future. As AESE is a management and business school, it puts the person at the center of everything, giving a strong humanistic emphasis to the way in which the top management of organizations is taught, in a logic of harmony of values, so scarce nowadays and always so necessary. And I think that this characteristic is a distinctive mark of this School, which is felt in many of the details and in the daily experience that we have here, and that lasts in the AESE Alumni network.”
