PADE allowed me to understand and understand the successes and failures of Top Management in my Companies
Attending PADE was a wise decision, which was only too late!
Attending PADE was also an excellent experience of human and professional interaction with the various colleagues and Professors of the Program with whom, throughout the course, we inevitably built bonds of deep friendship and professional respect.
As an engineer and entrepreneur for more than 30 years, PADE allowed me to perceive and understand the successes and failures of Senior Management in my Companies but, above all, it enabled me with knowledge and business experiences in this “art of the possible” that is Senior Management. Had he attended PADE earlier, he would surely have avoided some of the mistakes he made.
