Artificial Intelligence is not a technological trend. It is a structural shift in how organizations create value, make decisions, and build competitive advantage. For leaders, the question is no longer whether AI will transform their sector, but whether they are prepared to lead that transformation.

AI for Executives is designed to address this urgency with intellectual rigor and immediate applicability. Over three intensive days, participants develop the ability to think strategically about AI, identify where it creates real value in their organizations, and lead the decisions its implementation requires. The program is based on real cases, strategic analysis frameworks, and peer discussion.

Mastering AI tools is the starting point, not the destination. What this program develops is something rarer and more valuable: the ability to think strategically about AI, to evaluate opportunities with economic rigor, to redesign organizations, and to lead teams in a context where artificial intelligence redefines the rules of competition.

Objectives

Identify where AI creates real competitive advantage

Distinguish AI applications with genuine strategic impact from high-visibility initiatives without substance. Apply economic frameworks to evaluate the competitive potential of AI projects within your own organization.

Analyze the impact of AI on people and decisions

Understand how AI alters decision-making processes, the necessary skills, and power dynamics within organizations. Develop criteria to decide when to trust the algorithm and when to trust human judgment.

Design an AI implementation strategy

Structure a portfolio of AI initiatives with priority, sequencing, and evaluation criteria. Evaluate internal organization options—centers of excellence, distributed models, external partnerships.

Lead transformation with legitimacy and speed

Manage internal resistance, communicate credibly about AI to different audiences (board, team, press), and build an organizational culture that allows for rapid learning without losing control.

Make ethical and responsible decisions about AI

Recognize the risks of algorithmic bias, privacy, and liability. Develop governance criteria that protect the organization and its stakeholders without paralyzing innovation.

Benefits

Create real competitive advantage with AI

Develop criteria to distinguish AI initiatives with genuine strategic impact from high-visibility projects without substance, and apply economic frameworks to the reality of your own organization.

Make better decisions in a world of augmented decision-making

Understand how AI alters decision-making processes and power dynamics, and develop the necessary criteria to decide when to trust the algorithm and when to trust human judgment.

Lead implementation with structure and speed

Structure a portfolio of AI initiatives with clear priority, sequencing, and evaluation criteria, and evaluate the internal organization options that best serve the company’s strategy.

Manage transformation with legitimacy

Build the capacity to move organizations resistant to change, communicate credibly about AI to different audiences, and create conditions for rapid learning without losing control.

Decide responsibly about AI

Recognize the risks of algorithmic bias, privacy, and liability, and develop governance criteria that protect the organization and its stakeholders without paralyzing innovation.

Recipients

The program is aimed at senior leaders with decision-making power over strategy, organization, or operations, who need to develop a grounded perspective on the impact of AI on their organizations and act upon it with confidence and rigor.

The typical participant is a General Manager, Executive Committee member, or Functional Director who feels the urgency of transformation but does not yet have a clear strategic framework to lead it. Technical experience in AI is not required. What is required is the ability and willingness to think rigorously about complex problems.

The program is relevant for organizations in all sectors where AI is redefining business models, decision-making processes, or competitive structures, from industry and professional services to healthcare, energy, the financial sector, technology, public administration, education, retail, and logistics.
